Firebug (getfirebug.com) is a Firefox add-on that extends the browser with some very helpful web development tools. I think the tag line on their website says it best “You can edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page”. The key phrase here is “live in any web page”. Firebug can be activated for any site on the internet and allows you to interact in a number of ways. Throughout this road map, I will explain some of the common scenarios that I use on a daily basis.

I know that everyone who is on MySpace has had the same burning questions that I’ve had. How can I see who has viewed my MySpace profile? Where can I find a MySpace Tracker? Since MySpace has become so popular, so have the MySpace profile stalkers. Could be your friends, neighbors, ex-boyfriends or ex-girlfriends, or even someone you don’t even know. We are fortunate enough to have the technology for 3rd party websites to provide the code to allow you to see who visits your profile. Bands on MySpace Music find this sort of technology very useful because it allows them to see who their fans are. Unfortunately, the majority of the code that these websites offer have been eliminated because they violate MySpace’s TOS (terms of service). Don’t get disappointed yet, there are some alternatives.

I still remember the short reign of several very popular websites that tracked profile viewers right back to their profile. Sites like these provided members with a MySpace tracker code they could enter into their MySpace profile which allowed the tracking of anyone who viewed their profile.

There is no doubt that Google AdSense is the 800-pound gorilla in the room when it comes to contextual ad solutions. The question is, however, what you do when you don’t meet the requirements to use it, get thrown out for some reason or just simply want to try something different? Luckily, there are some other options out there and we’ve gathered up eleven of them to give you some options when it comes to filling up your site’s ad inventory.
AdBrite: AdBrite offers numerous ad styles from the standard contextual ad units, but also offers rich media, inline, full pages and more. Â The system has one of the lowest thresholds for payment. It defaults to $100 payment, but you can set as low as $5. Â Payments are issued on a net-60 system, i.e. earnings made in March are paid in May.

Windows 7 has been the most popular OS ever for Microsoft. One of the big features of Windows 7 was its integrated support for PCs that were capable of taking advantage of touch. Microsoft has just released Touch Pack for Windows 7 for anyone with Windows Touch capable devices to download. The Windows 7 touch pack was first introduced last May as a series of 6 applications that were designed to showcase Windows Touch in Windows 7 and to help people learn touch gestures. The features were limited to OEMs with devices having multitouch. But now the Touch pack allows users to use it with any 3rd party touchscreens.
